At Muscle Memory Fitness we can tailor the sessions to small group training needs, whether it is a circuit, HIIT or body weight workout. No matter your fitness levels or age we can tailor a small group session to you.

With small fun group personal training your personal trainer will create fun and varied sessions based on your individual needs.

They will manage you and your program, monitor your techniques and progress and motivate you to give 100% in every workout.

They will provide a totally safe and supported training environment for you with that personal touch.

Coach memory is fully qualified and carry public liability cover, workers compensation and professional indemnity, so you know you are in safe hands.

What to expect?

Have the whole gym to yourselves with your Coach going through workouts you need to do without waiting around for equipment. This session is all about you. Your Coach will not only teach you how to move correctly and not injure yourself but will also educate you on nutrition for optimal results.

Initial Consultation- The Coach will look in depth at your past and current training ,nutrition,physiology ,lifestyle to help create the best plan for your fitness level and goals.

Personal Training-Have the fully equipped studio to yourself with your Coach focusing on your goals and helping you achieve optimal results.

Nutrition Guidance & Education-You are what you eat-Training and Nutrition work hand in hand. Your Coach will guide you into enjoy a healthy balance of life.

Updates & Progress-You plan will be reviewed and updated accordingly based on your sessions and progress-Use of photos, scales, circumferences, your performance in the gym and other data to track your progress.

Support &Accountability-You will receive close support from your coach through regular check in and adjustments where require

FAQ's

To get started you need a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 10 people if training outdoors. If you are training online, you can have up to 20.

Rates range are based on, length of session and how many people are registered in your group. For more details please contact us and sent a quote on memory@musclememoryfitness.com.au

You can choose to Pay-As-You-Go, if you are new to PT or 12 week Plan paying fortnightly over a 12 week period.

Yes, this is a great way to meet your trainer to make sure you are a great fit before you make an ongoing commitment.
